| Job description: | Central North Carolina Company is accepting resumes for Manager, Global Planning. |
| Job duties: | Responsible for the performance and results of the Global Planning department and its staff of Planning Analysts Assures the supply chain executes to the master production schedule and escalates any supply issues. Supervises the daily work of Planning Analysts in their related duties associated with the scheduling, analyzing and planning of customer commit dates. Ensures strong working relationships with internal company areas and also external suppliers. Responsible for analyzing and developing Billings projections, S&OP documentation, on-time delivery metrics, and inventory performance levels. Develops and Implements Continuous Improvement methods and processes to raise overall departmental performance levels. |
| Req. candidate profile : | BS Degree in Business Administration, Production Management or equivalent field. Certification in either Production Inventory Management (CPIM) or Integrated Resource Management (CIRM) preferred. 10+ years of Materials planning and scheduling experience. Preferably with exposure to both Materials and Manufacturing concepts in a fast paced environment. High level of interpersonal skills, detail oriented, quality conscious, able to work efficiently on various assignments, self motivated, prioritize work load, flexible, strong team building skills and work well under stress.
