We are looking for dynamic individuals to join our Accenture Business Services for Utilities customer care centre team in Calgary (AB), supporting inbound calls for our five major utility clients. As a customer care representative, your courteous telephone manner, strong keyboarding and computer skills, and past customer service experience will be essential to your success, as well as your ability to work independently and exercise good judgment. Our "Flex Time" approach to hours means that we will work with you to provide a shift schedule that fits into your busy lifestyle.
