The Newton Marasco Foundation (NMF), an environmental education nonprofit, seeks proven, charismatic leader to serve as Executive Director.
Responsibilities:
The ED will be responsible to develop our corporate and individual donor base, design and guide fundraising events, manage the financial and administrative operations of the Foundation, serve as a spokesperson for the Foundation at events, maintain liaison with the Board, and mentor staff and volunteers.

Qualifications:
Ideal candidate has a proven track record in marketing and raising funds, knowledge of environmental issues, and experience working in or with nonprofit organizations. Candidate should have a good network of environmental industry, association, and corporate contacts and/or a good network with Greater Washington DC, VA and MD businesses. Basic computer, grant and presentation writing, and financial management skills needed.
