Job description: Accuray™ Inc. is a global leader in the field of radiosurgery dedicated to providing an improved quality of life and a treatment to those diagnosed with cancer. It develops and markets the CyberKnife® System, the worlds first and only robotic radiosurgery system designed to treat tumors anywhere in the body with sub-millimeter accuracy. We are currently looking for a Senior Financial Reporting Analyst to become a member of our dynamic team.

  • Responsible for the development, deployment, and optimization of the financial systems toolset used by internal customer organizations and the Finance & Accounting organization.
  • Responsible for managing and coordinating multiple projects in support of financial reporting, business analysis, Sarbanes-Oxley compliance, and decision support.
  • Provide ongoing support for mission critical business processes in the Finance and Accounting organizations, including periodic financial and management reporting, SEC reporting support, budgeting and forecasting, business performance analysis and decision support.
  • Identify, select and deploy appropriate information management tools in support of Accuray business needs.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement within the Finance and Accounting organizations through optimal utilization of financial systems tools, delivering increased efficiency and effectiveness from the Finance and Accounting teams
Req. candidate profile :
  • Bachelor's degree, CPAIMBA preferred.
  • Minimum five years relevant experience required.
  • Demonstrated experience in administration of mid/high end financial systems in a fast-paced Corporate FP&A business environment.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a developed customer satisfaction orientation.
  • Self-motivated to drive value-add contribution through improved efficiency and quality of financial information and systems capabilities.
  • Demonstrated strong analytical, project management and commitment to delivery skills.
  • Solutions oriented with demonstrated capacity to creatively design and deliver solutions to business problems.
  • Systems experience with enterprise ERP, mid/high market budgeting and planning systems, and decision support systems. Experience with Great Plains, FRx Reporter andlor FRx Forecaster a plus. Experience with current generation reporting applications a plus.
