Job description
Job description: Pathways to Housing Inc, a nationally recognized growth oriented pioneer and leader in providing housing and clinical services for the homeless population, seeks a hard working, hands on Chief Financial Officer.

  • The CFO will provide strategic and continuous leadership in financial policy, management and long-term financial planning/forecasting as well as manage daily accounting and administrative functions. This position collaborates with the Executive Management team to develop long-range goals, strategies, plans and policies, and assumes responsibility for ensuring financial compliance with regulatory authorities, financial reporting, controls, cash flow management, audit preparation and banking relationship management.
Req. candidate profile :
  • The successful candidate will have a proven track record and experience (5 plus years) in a senior level position of a non profit organization, preferably mental health, and have ability to provide support while assuring accountability from staff; ability to work with a dynamic fast paced outcome oriented management team; ability to communicate clearly and persuasively; listen actively and engender trust and credibility with the Board and staff at all levels. Crucial to the position is solid knowledge and experience with financial accounting software; e.g.; MIP; MBA/CPA preferred.
