What Will You Be Doing…

- Providing unrivaled customer service delivery for the day-to-day servicing of clients, dealers and mutual fund head and branch offices in both English and French.
- Assisting clients in the area of mutual fund transactions
- Data entry of financial and non-financial data

If You Have…

- 2+ years customer service experience
- 2 Year Diploma/Degree
- Fluency in both English and French (oral and written)
- Very strong interpersonal skills and excellent telephone manner

And You Think You Are A Superstar Because..

- You have experience in the Mutual Fund, Financial, or Brokerage Sector
