As a Consumer Connector, you are a key player in the success of the event and the consumers’ overall image of the brand you are promoting. You are the “first impression” of the brand and can influence consumers’ perception of the product and their purchase behavior. You will be responsible for promoting brand awareness on local and national retailers by sampling, brochure/coupon distribution, and/or product demonstration. Job duties:
· Select pre-scheduled promotional events by eBooking online
· Execute promotional event on scheduled date, time and location
· Follow Standard Consumer Connector Guidelines as provided by MC/SPI
· Follow approved Event Instructions for scheduled events
· Monitor effectiveness of promotional event by qualified measurement of data requested by Consumer Goods and MC
· Utilize MC Card to purchase sample product/supplies and to monitor event
· Report via IVR/Computerlink results of promotion within 12 hours of scheduled event
· Submit receipts, event report form and other needed materials as specified in event instructions within 24 hours of executed event
· Communicate all issues prior to, during and/or after events
· Professional representation of products and store (surveillance cameras and personnel monitor activities)
Req. candidate profile :
· Adequate vision (corrected or uncorrected) to read correspondence, event information and computer screens without any restrictions.
· Hearing (corrected or uncorrected) must be sufficient to allow for consumer interaction with accurate comprehension.
· Adequate speech to correspond with consumers, store associates/management and/or consumer products/Mass Connections representatives
· Capable of verbally communicating clearly and concisely
· Ability to set up and take down event table and display of product
· Ability to stand for a minimum of 5 hours, lift and carry 25 pounds without assistance, and reach a minimum shelf height of 72 inches
