Responsible for direct treatment to individuals and groups. Maintaining all clinical records of your caseload and responsible for certain educational services as assigned.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Completes comprehensive intake assessments, and comprehensive treatment plans.
Coordinates referrals and collateral services and provides individual group and family treatment.
Responsible for carrying a minimum caseload of 25-30 and works a minimum of four evenings a week.
Maintains client's records per regulatory requirements and maintains monthly reports, statistics, and thorough up-to-date records.
Participates in case disposition meetings with chemical dependency staff.
Attends staff meetings, training's and supervision.
Maintains agency records concerned with both direct service and administrative tasks.
Responsible for keeping daily logs of scheduled appointments and the supervisor an account of time treatment sessions.
Responsible for making sure that case write-ups are done on a daily basis of initial contact with clients.
Other duties as assigned by a supervisor.
Req. candidate profile :
Additional Qualifications:
Education:
CSW, CASAC or CASAC eligible with four years of experience.
Experience:
Two years in clinical setting, with at least one year preferred in treating the chemically dependent population. Demontrates knowledge of treating this at risk population.
