| Job description: |
- Assist consumers with learning job skills, developing appropriate work habits, socialization skills and orientation to the job site.
- Provide on-site instruction of the workers and appraise job site supervisors of the needs and strengths of the participants based on situational assessment.
- Provide training, job coaching, support services to employed consumers, both at the job site, to assist them to remain employed in the integrated labor market.
- Manage current businesses of MTI and assist in developing/setting-up new businesses and programs.
- Assist the Director of Integrated Business Development in all areas of the Integrated Business Development Program.

The qualified Manager/Job Developer will need to exhibit the following skills:
- Strong administrative skills
- Experience working in rehabilitation programs
- Strong analytic and problem solving skills
- Excellent communication skills, both verbally and written
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with the capacity to develop businesses,
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with the capacity to organize and motivate consumers of services
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to coordinate diverse activities and manage several projects at one time
- Ability to apply creativity and innovative thinking to operations
- Ability to effectively relate to people of diverse educational, cultural and socio-economic backgrounds, government agencies, public officials, and all levels of management
- Be an involved and contributing team member
Additional Qualifications:
- The individual must be able to manage established intergrated businessess, assist in developing new programs and businesses, and assist consumers of service and MTI tenant members in vocational rehabilitations and training.
