We are holding an Open House for Customer Service positions on Saturday October 6, 2007 at our client’s office in Needham beginning at 10:00 AM. Refreshments will be served. This is a great opportunity to learn more about our client and their telecom solutions and meet members of our Customer Service team and management in a casual non-interview environment.
Required Skills
We are looking for an energetic, highly capable, and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative with excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills to join our growing team.
Job duties:
Considers needs of customers served through self-service online channels and suggests initiatives to meet their needs.
Handles escalated customer issues
Takes responsibility to become fully trained on the application modules.
Assist existing clients with account setup and support by primarily communicating through email.
Answer questions from prospective clients and leads about the various features and benefits of our communications plans.
Uploading of voice and data scripts
Required Experience
Ability to solve complex technical/product issues.
Must be a self-starter, possess strong analytical skills, and be very detail oriented.
Extensive knowledge of all relevant products preferred.
Excellent oral and written communication skills
