Girl Scouts Pacific Peaks Council (www.gsppc.org) is currently seeking an organized, experienced office manager to manage key support staff and support functions at the Girl Scout Center in DuPont as the Office Administrator.
Manage assigned support staff and support operations at the Girl Scout Center and assist in the integration of council systems and processes.
- Direct office systems and manage 6 staff in the DuPont office support services areas, including Receptionist, Data Entry, Data Coordination, Assistant Membership Registrar and Registrars. Recruit, interview, hire, orient, provide training and development as appropriate, counsel, appraise performance, provide discipline as needed, and terminate if necessary. Support staff retention and professional growth. Ensure adequate clerical and administrative support at the Girl Scout Center to support the centralized support functions.
- Lead responsibility for coordinating facility maintenance and repairs.
- Support Program Director in the integration of procedures, forms, processes, outcomes evaluations, manuals, etc.
- Support in the coordination and development of the Council’s United Way grant applications.
- Maintain records of all financial assistance requests and grants. Prepare reports as needed.
- Assure that systems are in place to provide a professional and appealing office environments, efficient use of Council storage areas through regular review of the retention of records.
- Manage council system for maintenance, revision, and distributions systems of all Council forms used by employees and volunteers.
- In addition to the above, perform other duties as assigned.

| Req. candidate profile : |
- Associates degree in related field or equivalent experience helpful. Two years experience managing/supervising an office support staff providing reception and mail services.
- Solid skills in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and Access or similar program.
- Demonstrated ability to multi-task, prioritize deadlines and correctly handle confidential information.
- Demonstrated skills in leading a customer oriented team.
- Valid Washington State driver’s license and ability to fulfill timely travel requirements across widespread regional geography.
- Ability to lift 25 pounds.
- Maintain membership in Girl Scouts of the United States of America.
- Satisfactory results from criminal background search.
