Role:
-Personal assistant to VP Finance, Administration and Treasurer
-Support for Senior Manager and Manager, Treasury and Projects
-Administrative support to improve efficiency and managing working documents
-Manage VP's agenda
-Coordinate scheduling of certain committee meetings
-Manage expense reports for VP Finance, Senior Manager IS&T and Manager Treasury, IT needs and other related tasks
-Manage insurance claims and other administrative tasks as needed
-Organize and coordinate travel, meetings and site visit for shareholders and other visitors
-Produce papers and memorandum for the Audit Committee and Board Meetings
-Manage e-mails of the VP Finance
-Manage filing for the Finance group
-Prepare monthly reporting
-Monitor service level agreements for IS&T
-Monitor capital and operating expenditures and provide reports to managers for IS&T
-Prepare wire transfers and journal entries for Treasury
-Issue Requisition and PO for services and follow-up on approvals and invoicing in SAP
-Produce presentations and add value through ensuring consistent and effective format
Req. candidate profile :
-Experience in similar role, involvement with Board meetings is an advantage.
-Bilingual (especially written English)
-Autonomous, take initiative
-Accountable, reliable, focus on results
-Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office (word, excel and powerpoint)
-Friendly, open personality
