The Development Associate works collaboratively with all Point Foundation (Point) staff members and will perform, coordinate and oversee highly sensitive administrative duties in support of the Development Director who is located in Los Angeles, CA.
Assist in the planning and implementation of development projects for the Director
Correspond to donors and staff on behalf of the Director
Coordinate travel, appointments and schedule
Assist in the planning and preparation of fundraising events
Generate reports
Oversee the general administrative duties of the Director
Serve as the first point of contact for most inquiries into the Development Department
Maintain donor files
