Job description: POSITION TITLE: Regional Business (Sales) Manager
POSITION TYPE: Full-time
LOCATION: Toronto, ON
COMPENSATION: $100,000 - 120,000 base plus incentive

Bright Futures Staffing (www.bfstaffing.com) is currently searching for a Sales Manager for their client, an international pharmaceutical company.
Job duties: This person will be responsible for maximizing sales results by providing regional input to the development of the sales strategy for the Business Unit, and implementing the strategy at the regional level.

Reporting to the National Sales Manager your responsibilities include:

Sales and Expenses:
• Achieve sales objectives for marketed products in the region (Saskatchewan, Manitoba and western Ontario)
• Develop and maintain expense budgets related to region’s activities

Planning:
• Responsible for the tactical implementation for the region which contributes to the overall sales strategy for the region and the Business Unit
• Responsible for ensuring that the performance management process is consistent with the model utilized for all direct reports in the region

Management:
• Recruit and select human resources for the region
• Ensure that all direct reports are working toward achieving career development objectives
• Provide appropriate level of direction, coaching, support and delegation to staff
• Build and maintain relationships with internal and external customers
• Policy, procedures and process
• Responsible for ensuring that direct reports are completely familiar with and support products, policies, processes and systems introduced to the Company

Comprehensive benefit plan including 20 - 30% bonus
Req. candidate profile : Skills and Experience:
• B.Sc. and/or Business degree
• 3-5 years pharmaceutical sales experience is required
• 2-3 years of managerial experience is required
• Marketing experience is an asset
• Experience in working with MS Office in Windows Environment
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be willing to travel
