The YMCA of Greater New York is the largest non-profit community service organization in NYC.
- Develop, implement, and monitor Association standards and best practices related to Membership Service and Membership Policy.
- Provide leadership, direction, and supervision of all annual Association Membership Campaigns, working with the Association Communications & Marketing department.
- Assist with the hiring, supervision, coaching and evaluation of Branch Membership Directors.
- Develop, implement, and monitor Branch compliance with Association Member Satisfaction and Member Service standards and conduct annual assessment.
- Ensure Branch compliance with Association Membership policies, procedures, and strategies.
- Effectively promote, monitor, and manage all Association Group Memberships.
- Supervise the Association Members Service and Retention Specialist.
- Provide leadership to the Association Membership Cabinet.
- In cooperation with the Director of Training, provide leadership and guidance to the NYC Membership University training and certification program.
- Uphold all Association policies and demonstrate values of Honesty, Caring, Respect, and Responsibility.
