The Senior Project Manager will manage the execution of consumer product development programs meeting performance, cost and schedule requirements. Programs include, but are not limited to, New Products, Line Extensions, Advance Development, Cost Reductions, Quality Improvements and Compliance to Standards. Responsibilities: · Lead cross-functional in teams in matrix organization. · Leverage external resources to champion and drive the Global Product Development Process (GPDS). · Track, measure and review program metrics. · Facilitate the development and tracking of detailed program schedules. · Facilitate the writing and release of specifications for both manufactured and sourced products. · Assure that program deliverables are complete and meet requirements within a designated timeframe. · Schedule, deliver and present GPDS Tollgate reviews. · Integrate and provide information and direction to the Hong Kong team for manufactured and sourced products. Requirements: · BS/MS in Engineering · Extensive experience managing consumer product development, from concept to launch · 7-10 years of progressive experience with a broad range of project management skills. · Program/Project Management certification highly desirable. · Bilingual (Spanish or Mandarin) a plus. · Must have excellent interpersonal and leadership skills · Demonstrated experience presenting complex data to all levels of the organization. Some international travel required. |
