Job duties:
Our Customer Service Representatives provide superior service to customers of our utilities industry clients. As an ideal candidate you have a positive, friendly manner and deal with challenging situations with empathy and sincerity. You also have superior problem solving, time management, and analytical skills and an ability to grasp new processes quickly.
Req. candidate profile :
Successful completion of secondary school education (high school diploma or equivalent) is required for this position, along with demonstrated front line customer service experience for a minimum of 12 months in the last five years.
