Construction Director of Weatherization The Urban League of Metro St. Louis is currently seeking a Director of Weatherization.
- Responsibilities include managing field operations, direct supervision of rehab specialists, coordination of subcontractor activities and overall accountability for project safety, quality, financial and scheduling objectives.

| Req. candidate profile : |
- Qualified candidates will possess 3 to 5 years construction project management experience in home construction/home repair, records documentation/manage ment and cost estimates/records preparation.
- Ideal candidate will possess a min. of a bachelors degree in construction management or related field, an understanding of city and county building codes, outstanding communication, organization and problem solving skills. Other qualifications include working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Access, a valid driver's license, reliable transportation and automobile insurance, ability to interpret and comply with internal and external guidelines, policies, and regulations.
