| Job description: |
- Daily oversight of organizational development/fundraising in each BOOF office in region.
- Strategic planning with Program Managers of all BOOF Offices and multi-level support in the execution of plans.
- Support, supervision and ultimate accountability for local and regional fundraising quotas with the ultimate goal to bring in funding to support all HOPE programs.
- Cultivation, and in some cases establishment, of BOOF Advisory Councils.
- Working with the VP of Development to enhance program development, operations and fund raising systems, planning and presentations.
- Assist the VP of BOOF and the EVP of Administration in the roll-out and conversion of a new cross-functional CRM donor and data management tool.
- Work with BOOF field staff to compile and provide weekly, monthly and quarterly reports on programmatic results to donors and senior management.
- Assist with the execution of BOOF events.

Regional Community Investment Officers
- Primarily responsible for cultivating project leads at the $20,000 and below level.
- Serves as the lead role in maintaining the lines of communication with our community partners.
- Cultivates leads and existing relationships through communication and recognition efforts for their region.
- Submits sponsorship renewal requests as requested by the VP of HOPE Partners.
- Works with the regional board of directors to cultivate partner leads.
- Tracks and collects local program data for partner reporting purposes.
- Works with bank CRA Officers to cultivate financial opportunities.

| Req. candidate profile : |
Experience and Core Competencies:
- 5+ years personnel management
- 3+ years in sales, marketing and/or fundraising
- Experience in banking and K-12 education fields a plus
- Experience in training and/or teaching preferred
- B.A. preferred
- Experience writing and executing annual and quarterly strategic plans and achieving the associated goals
- Experience managing a cross-functional contact relationship management (CRM) database w/ reporting tool preferred
Education Training and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree from a four year college or university; or 3 or more years related experience. Work related experience should include previous bank compliance duties, preferably in a community bank environment. Sales experience preferred but not necessary.
