Insurance Agency in Irvine is looking for a team player with a “can do/will do” attitude to join our Personal Lines Department.
If you have at least 5 years of experience working in an independent insurance agency environment then read on!
What you will be doing:
- Providing customer service to existing clients
- Accepting incoming calls for new business and cross selling
- Participate in advertising and marketing for the PL Dept
- Share in maintaining production goals
- Guarantee quality control within department
- Participate in creating procedures for PL Dept
What you need:
- A minimum of 5 years PL experience in an independent insurance agency
- Valid CA Property & Casualty License
- Applied Agency Management System experience
- Leadership experience
- A desire to promote growth within the Agency
