Responsible for the overall management of an expanding multifamily portfolio. Positions available in Northern California with 1000 - 1800 units, 2000+ units in Southern California.
Req. candidate profile :
Minimum of 3-5 years senior level experience in multi site residential management
Proven track record of positive NOI growth & stability
Experience in developing/managing budgets and implementing successful mktg plans.
High School Diploma, GED or equivalent required. Minimum 2 years (or AA degree) of College Experience. College degree preferred.
ARM designation or equivalent
Must be results oriented & have a can do attitude.
Northern California position based in the Corporate Office in Walnut Creek. Southern California position based in Laguna Niguel satellite office.
