Virginia Candle is a growing manufacturing facility looking for energetic individuals to join our team. We have immediate openings for the following full time positions: CUSTOMER SERVICE/ORDER ENTRY REPRESENTATIVE.
Responsible for entering orders from the phone, fax and Internet and addressing a variety of customer requests. Able to type at least 35wpm and/or 8K ksph with a working knowledge of Microsoft Office and a minimum of 1 year customer service exp. Must be available to work 8:30-5:30 M-F. MANAGER FOR RETAIL OUTLET STORE. Job duties include over all operation of retail store: scheduling of personnel, providing a friendly sales atmosphere for customers, running cash register, maintaining store appearance and inventory, opening and closing of the store, plus other duties assigned as needed.
Req. candidate profile :
Successful candidate must possess excellent telephone etiquette with strong communication, customer service and interpersonal skills. Successful candidate must be dependable, good with customers, organized, able to supervise up to 3 employees. Recent retail sales experience necessary. Must be available to work Saturdays.
