Engineer Project Engineer Developer / Construction Manager has an opening for a Project Engineer. The Project Engineer will assist the Project Manager and Superintendent with execution of projects from design to completion.
Bid solicitation, bid package preparation and analysis, shop drawing review, material procurement and expediting, document control, supervision of subcontractor work, quality control, subcontract meeting coordination, cost reporting, lien tracking, and project closeout.

| Req. candidate profile : |
A Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Construction Management. • Experience in the construction industry, including internships. • Strong work ethic, high energy, high ethical standards, and team orientation. • Experience in multi-family or healthcare / assisted living projects a plus.
