Security Supervisor Description: To supervise the operation of the Security Department on an assigned shift to maintain a safe and secure environment for our guests, our team members and our company assets.
- Supervise, plan and schedule security activities for the shift as directed by management.
- Assign work to Security Officers and establish priorities.
- Train, inspect, coach and evaluate Security Officers for alertness, appearance, and proper performance while on duty and correct deficiencies. Recommend the employment, promotion, and termination of security personnel.
- Respond to all non-routine incidents in a supervisory capacity ensuring appropriate action is taken.
- Supervise and evaluate security reports for accuracy and completeness.
- Ensure all incidents are thoroughly investigated and appropriate action is taken and notifications are made.
- Ensure all Missouri Gaming Commission Regulations and requirements are met and followed by all security personnel.
- In the event of a life threatening fire, shooting, flood, or other disaster, the Shift Manager will coordinate the emergency activities including notification of police, fire, Security Director, and General Manager until the arrival of the responsible fire/police department or executive.
- Determine and recommend changes to improve security operations.
- As needed, the Shift Manager may assume the same duties and responsibilities as listed in the Security Officer's or Shift Supervisor's job description.

| Req. candidate profile : |
- Graduation from high school or successful completion of a GED Certificate.
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Minimum of two (2) years experience in casino security or the law enforcement field.
- Previous supervisory experience desired. (May be waived if all other requirements are met).
- Demonstrate the ability to plan, organize work, and to train Security Officers in the performance of their duties.
