Responsible for day-to-day content creation, development, and implementation for XM's public website, , and the XM dealer and press extranets.
Provides art direction and develops page layouts and designs consistent with XM's overall brand.
Evaluates existing on-line creative and provides suggestions/improvements as needed.
Manages on-line correspondence and advertising campaigns, developing creative and tracking overall effectiveness.
Works directly with eBusiness team and corporate stakeholders to efficiently update website content and rollout new initiatives using coding and content creation prowess.
Ensures message consistency and proofreads site content for proper grammar usage, typographical errors and content accuracy.
Monitors and produces reports on site traffic, music licensing requirements and bandwidth usage.
Ensures high quality deliverables through thorough testing and attention to detail.

Key Skills
High level of proficiency coding HTML (Hand coding - no WYSIWYG), JavaScript, CSS.
Strong graphic design skills using Adobe Photoshop, Macromedia Fireworks, Macromedia Flash.
Strong Copy Writing and Editing Skills.
Understanding of overall marketing strategies and ability to intelligently and efficiently integrate strategies into existing website.
Education and/or Experience
At least three years practical, hands-on experience with end-to-end website development.
Solid understanding of web technology solutions within content management, databases, distributed publishing, and e-commerce.
Solid copy writing abilities.
Experience marketing consumer products and services.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Computer Skills
Thorough knowledge of MS-Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access).
