Provide direction and support to Atrium’s Sales Administration, Customer Service, Sales Operations Analysts, and Distribution Teams. Managing various enterprise database administration functions and Business Intelligence Software Programs as they relate to Sales Operations.
Analyze service issues and develop creative solutions to improve customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with executives and sales management to ensure timely, appropriate implementation of processes to enhance sales results.
Build and maintain strong business relationships with global field sales teams, and educate the field sales organization on company initiatives as they pertain to Sales Operations.
Responsible for creating, implementing, and monitoring infrastructure to enhance and support operation of the sales force, including sales reporting, sales analysis, and sales force alignment.
Identify tools, processes, and technologies to enhance sales force effectiveness and productivity, and mobilize the appropriate support functions necessary for successful completion.
Interface with National Account Manager to initiate new group contracts and their implementation into Atrium’s Sales Administration Department.
Implement enhancements in Atrium’s ERP system for applications within the customer service, distribution and sales department to streamline work processes and reduce operational costs.
Manage domestic and international inventory via interaction with scheduling and production departments.
Management and implementation of Atrium’s corporate pricing program.
Collaborate with sales management on account bids, RFP’s, and contract quotations.
Work in partnership with Atrium’s finance and regulatory departments regarding the company’s respective financial and quality audits.
Develop strong partnerships with Atrium’s supporting departments to fully understand business processes, analysis, and solutions design.
Req. candidate profile :
Minimum requirements include a BA/BS degree in Business, Finance or related area, with 5 years experience in a leadership or supervisory position with related responsibilities. Demonstrated ability to select, organize, lead, participate, and facilitate a team to product results. Demonstrated ability to work independently and to train, guide, or assist others to perform complex assignments. Ability to multi-task, handling a number of projects simultaneously, in a fast-paced environment. Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, decision making, organizational, time management, and communication skills. Ability to produce high quality work with key attention to detail. Strong commitment to customer service.
