Due to our continued growth and customer demand we are currently recruiting for a qualified, interested and available Human Resources Generalist I for an opportunity in our Richardson office.
The HR Generalist I under general supervision will provide HR support for single or multiple business units in broad HR principles. Prepares/analyzes monthly operating reports; assists in execution of ongoing projects and the coordination of projects. Supports EEO/AAP initiatives and may be responsible for local documentation and statistical analysis for AAP. Provides general to moderately complex employee relations support for fair and consistent response to inquiries, employee morale issues, management of employee disputes/investigations and application and interpretation of policies and procedures. Provides tactical HR support which includes but is not limited to: recruitment strategies and execution, employee on boarding/exit meetings, performance management, employee training and development and SAP reporting/maintenance. Tracks, researches, reports, plans, schedules and analyzes project-related data from various business areas, business process owners and vendors during project phases. Confers with team to ensure project objectives are understood, monitor schedules and clarify duties and responsibilities. Provides documentation related to projects in an accurate, concise, complete, and expedient manner. Under the guidance of HR leadership, communicates relevant project information to team members using process management skills to separate and combine tasks into an effective project plan. Utilize internal and external resources to develop, monitor, and understand metrics that measure trends in the workforce. Analyses may include employee demographics, attrition, compensation, benchmarks and benefit plan costs, plus financial and operational data. Supports Centers Of Excellence initiatives for local entity, assisting in communication, design, research, and implementation of HR programs.
Required Skills / Education:
• BS in Human Resources, Business or related field (or equivalent) with 2-4 years of HR related experience.
• Strong oral and written communication skills required.
• Must have proficiency in Microsoft office, excellent presentation and project management skills.
• SAP experience a plus
