2 long term positions for Bilingual Help Desk Technicians in Mississauga
HelpDesk Technician:
**Agent must be fluent in both English and French.
This is a 7x24 environment and applicant must be prepared to work these shifts.
Need reliable transportation as public transportation is limited
This is a financial call center managing ATMS ( Banking Machines) so previous exposure is a benefit but not a requirement.
Applicant must be very detailed and possess good writing skills.
The Agent will utilize their customer service skills, technical skills, available systems and tools, and understanding of known solutions.
The Agent will ensure the customer’s entitlement of services, remotely deliver solutions, dispatch service personnel, and when appropriate verify resolution of a customer’s issue that has not been escalated.
The Agent will work directly with the customer to understand the problem, and /or escalate problem to other analysts (e.g., Application /HW Support Specialists) to help facilitate the resolution of an incident.
Req. candidate profile :
High Volume Call center so must be able to multi task between multiple screens.
Very good typing skills needed.
2 years experience in a Call Center/HD environment
PC literate with keyboard proficiency
Awareness of computing environments (DOS, Windows, etc.).
