Heavy Construction Co seeking for a candidate with min 3+ yrs experience. Resposibilities will include, but not limited to, analyze labor/cost data, break into components and formulate mathematical models. Prepare management reports, communicate with decision makers to solve problems and clarify management objectives. Observe, modify or re-design current system and create alternate methods for best outcomes. Create operational models for cost effectiveness and budgeting. Incorporate quality control, and statistical methods to current system.BS in Civil Engineering & Masters in Engineering or related field required. Experience with Lindo, HCSS, Primavera & Turkish Language preferable.
