Our client is a service provider within the financial services sector and has an immediate temporary assignment opportunity in the capacity of an ABM Services Coordinator / Customer Service Representative. Located in Mississauga and reporting to the Technical Services Manager, this role will require the candidate to take responsibility for the following:
Coordination of day-to-day activities of technicians;
Dispatching technicians to work assignments;
Troubleshoot discrepancies and problems;
Coordinate parts for service calls;
Track and monitor inventory;
Fulfill administrative tasks where required.
This is a very fast paced and interactive role with customers, technicians, vendors and third parties on a daily basis, as a result, candidates will need exceptional team playing, interpersonal and communication skills.
Ideally suited for the role of ABM Services Coordinator / Customer Service is an individual with 2 or more years of administrative or customer service experience. The ability to work in a fast paced environment is a must combined with superb time management and organizational skills. Candidates must have strong deadline focus and the ability to multi-task. Excellent attention to detail is a must and candidates must be able to work independently. ABM / NCR experience is a definite asset but is not essential.
