- Identifies internal business needs and proposes solutions with the ability to help implement and support such business solutions.
- Participates in designing, testing and documenting requirements, specifications, business processes and recommendations related to internal business solutions.
- Assists in the review of proprietary software product customer education and training materials.
- Maintains technical expertise of all aspects of various internal business solutions capabilities and usage.
- Maintains technical expertise of all aspects of proprietary software product capabilities and usage.
- Provides technical support of proprietary software products during customer product demonstrations.
- Works with customer services to provide advance training and support to customers.
- Communicates with customer services and customers to provide support updates and resolution.
- Works with product management to provide feedback from existing and potential customers.
- Maintains regular and punctual attendance.
- Develops courteous and professional relationships with customers and co-workers.
- Performs other duties as assigned.

Education and/or experience
- Bachelor's degree (B.A., B.S.) from four-year college or university and two years related experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Language ability
- Ability to read, analyze and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures or government regulations.
- Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals.
- Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, customers and the general public.
Mathematical skills
- Ability to work with mathematical concepts such as probability and statistical inference, and fundamentals of plane and solid geometry and trigonometry.
- Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios and proportions to practical situations.
Cognitive demands
- Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions.
- Ability to interpret an extensive variety to technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.
