Job duties: Perform project follow-ups
Coordinate project activities end to end. Make sure BCE Elix project numbers are assigned on time, and that billing and invoices are also processed accurately and on time
50% of working time available for this position will be devoted to Project Management activities (Including 80 Billable days)
Build and keep up-to-date project plans and budgets based on project requirements provided by Professional Services Consultants and other activities
Keep track of the activities performed by the different members of the team and make sure they are finished on time and on budget (These team members could include developers, designers, consultants, architects, product managers, etc.)
Participate and represent BCE Elix in any required conference calls and/or face to face meetings with customers as necessary as part of the project.
Building and maintaining productivity and tracking reports
Answering and responding efficiently and on time to requests made on our toll free number and emails
Sell, organize and manage customer seminars for the Ontario Region (Contracts, invitations, enrolment and seminar logistics) on budget and on time
Manage funnel and resource allocation activities for the Professional Services teams in Ontario
Proactively manage external contractors. Ensure charges and expenses are processed accurately and on time
Make sure work spaces are fully functional and up to standards (Ontario)
Assign resources to projects
Manage the inherent project management processes
Develop follow-up tools for the PMO
Perform various tasks concerning project management
Req. candidate profile : Degré universitaire en Gestion ou l’équivalent

· Certification en Gestion de Projet souhaitable

Microsoft Project - Mandatory
Strong project coordination skills
Good communication skills
