We are looking for an experience HVAC Project Manager to handle our growing NY and NJ Residential and Light Commercial Projects. Requirements: MIN 3 YRS PROJECT MGR FOR CONSTRUCTION PROJECTS IN NJ /NY AREA W/HIGH END RESIDENTIAL PROPERTIES. You should have a proven HVAC PROJECT Management TRACK RECORD and the ability to deal with the end client, manage daily project deadline, work with suppliers and engineers. PROFICIENT IN ALL ASPECTS OF THE HVAC TRADE, BOTH HANDS ON AND BOOK KNOWLEDGE w/good COMPUTER AND SUPERVISORY SKILLS. |
