7 days on – 7 days off POSITION SUMMARY Under the supervision of Monitoring Station Supervisor an employee looks after the signals coming from the client’s security systems |
| Job duties: | ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Look after alarm signals transmitted to the monitoring station by applying established procedures · Dispatch alarm signals to established emergency services · Document the alarm signals treatment into client’s file · Dispatch calls to the patrol and make follow-up · Receive and direct client’s calls to the concerned department · Inform clients on prevention methods · Other duties related to the job |

· High School Diploma · 1-2 years in customer service · Strong computer skills · Excellent customer service skills · Ability to manage stressful situations, and work effectively in a team environment · Ability to work in a busy fast paced, multi-tasked environment |
