POSITION SUMMARY
Under the supervision of monitoring station supervisor, the employee provides technical support to subscribers, service installers, as well as contractors
Job duties:
ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES
· Assist subscribers who are experiencing technical problems with their security system
· Dispatch service calls to service technicians
· Process alarm signals according to established procedures
· Manage subscriber key boxes
· Other duties as assigned
Req. candidate profile :
· 1-2 years of progressive experience in alarm monitoring, call center environment, or installation service experience
· High School Diploma
· Knowledge of security equipment
· Bilingualism (French-English)
· Telephone communication skills
· Good judgment
· Stress management
