The Security Line Officer:
* Learn and follow the Security Standard Operations Procedure (SOP) Manual.
* Assisting patrons and employees;
* Continual observation and protection of all Potawatomi Bingo Casino patrons, employees, property and assets;
* Respond to critical situations (Medical emergencies, irate patrons, etc.) If the employee has specialized knowledge and/or training, i.e. EMT Certification, the employee could and should call upon that specialized knowledge to provide first aid at the scene.
* Report Writing.
* Maintain a regular and consistent attendance record.
Requirements
* High school diploma or equivalent is required.
* Maintain a valid Wisconsin Driver's License throughout the duration of employment.
* Prior security experience preferred.
* Demonstrate WOW! Guest Service skills on a continual basis.
* Vigilantly observe day-to-day casino operations and report violations.
* Effectively communication with Co-workers/Supervisors/Managers.
* Ability to effectively communicate and understand English fluently, as well as write in a professional, legally defensible manner.
* Must be willing to make reasonable accommodations to attend essential training courses.
* Available to work various shifts, weekends and holidays.
* Ability to add and subtract two digit numbers and to multiply and divide. Ability to perform these operations using units of American money.
* Ability to apply commonsense reasoning and understanding to carryout instructions either in writing or verbally for a variety of situations.
