Job description: BASIC FUNCTIONS:
Manage Telco Voice and Data services ordering, provisioning, and billing
Provide Cost Accounting Analysis for all Corporate Communications Costs
Support Retail sites for Phone, Internet, and Network issues
Manage Corporate Mobile Accounts, Services, and Devices
Administer and Maintain Spectralink Wireless phones and Infrastructure
Administer Blackberry Devices
Configure, Deploy, and Administer Telephony devices on Siemens, Nortel, Cisco, and Aspect Systems.
Administer Fax Servers and Fax machines.
Administer Corporate Video Conferencing Equipment
Administer Corporate Voicemail systems, including Cisco Unity, Phonemail and Meridian-Mail
Administer Call Accounting systems and reports
Implement and Maintain O-store LAN/WAN/Voice Infrastructure


Experience - External:
QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:
A solid understanding of the Telecommunications industry, concepts, and principles
Effective in working in a team environment and adaptable to change
Strong organization and time management skills
Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills
Demonstrated working experience with Telco Services Management, PBX/Voicemail Administration
Demonstrated working experience with Network WAN/LAN and/or Call Center infrastructure
Bachelor's Degree preferred
