* Learns the casino's policy and procedures.
* Maintains direct contact with local hotels, restaurants and events.
* Books hotel and restaurant reservations for guests upon request.
* Facilitates the purchase of tickets for Milwaukee area events.
* Uses relationship building skills to act effectively as a liaison between casino guests, casino management, casino operations and local vendors or agencies.
* Completes other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
* High School diploma.
* 4 years experience in a customer service environment, casino experience preferred.
* Broad understanding of customer service programs.
* Excellent communication skills and a friendly, outgoing personality required.
* Ability to respond effectively to the most sensitive inquiries or complaints.
* Work experience with computer data entry.
* Very strong organization skills.
* Adherence to strict confidentiality.
