To become a member of our diverse group, you must possess excellent customer service skills, a Grade 12 education (or equivalent), five or more years of driving experience, a Class 5 licence (or higher) and no more than two moving violations in the last three years, or three moving violations in five years. Additionally, candidates must successfully complete our extensive training program and pre-placement health screening (which will include drug testing), qualify for a Class 2 licence with air endorsement, pass a police background check, be bondable and be able to enter the United States. Our Coach drivers also need to adapt to a changing work schedule. An original driver’s abstract will be required at the time of interview.
