| Job description: | We are seeking an experienced plant manager, located in the Atlanta, GA area.
Responsibilities include: Ø Supervising and managing employees; maintaining a team environment to improve employee attitudes and morale. Ø Managing all operations including setting goals and managing and meeting productivity requirements. Ø Responsible for planning, purchasing, inventory control costing, contracts, production, customer and vendor complaints, managing and decreasing expenses. Ø Providing technical assistance to sales and management. Requirements: Ø At least five years management experience in a the flexible packaging industry dedicated to providing superior materials for promotional packaging in leading consumer products brands and companies throughout the US and abroad. Ø Experience with flexographic and/or roto gravure printing press equipment and press configurations. Ø Experience printing on coated papers, plastic films, laminations, and other materials. Ø Experience in digital and conventional workflow. Base salary to $100K depending on experience.
