| Job description: | Sr. Financial Analyst
Provides the opportunity to gain experience and understanding of business practices, policies and controls in the Customer Development Organization (CDO) , and KNAC Marketing Expenditures. In addition enables the development of project management skills and experience in managing people. Primary responsibilities include leading and executing the Integrated Controls Program related to Marketing expenditures. Responsible for managing the Compliance staff who perform both monthly and quarterly audit reviews. The Sr. Analyst prepares and communicates results that provide insightful qualatative analysis to Kraft Management. Additionally, this position develops risk assessment tools and participates on projects with various cross-functional teams focused on adding value , improving productivity, and strengthening controls. Qualification Requirements: B.S./B.A. in Accounting/Finance required. 4 years of experience in Accounting/Auditing (public/internal) required. Willingness to travel up to 10% required. Ability to assess business practices and internal controls required. Excellent communication skills desired. Strong technical skills including Excel desired. Ability to excel in cross functional environment desired. Ability to manage complex tasks simultaneously desired. Experience/exposure to Sarbanes Oxley desired.
