Provides an opportunity to gain exposure and experience within Customer Development Organization (CDO") and enables to acquire knowledge of the business through participation on Field Reviews, risk assessments and process improvement initiatives. Position will also enhance analytical and project management skills. This position is integral to Field Process & Controls Group providing continual assessment of business risks and processes through the Field Reviews, compliance programs and other control related projects. Responsibilities include providing Management with recommendations that strengthen the control environment and business processes. This person develops and leads various programs designed to reinforce controls and to train CDO sales personnel. The Analyst is also a key member supporting CDO to attain Sarbanes Oxley certification for Revenue and Trade cycles. Qualification requirements: B.S./B.A. in Accounting/Finance required. 2 years of experience in Accounting/Auditing (public/internal) required. Willingness to travel up to 30% required. Ability to assess business practices and internal controls required. Excellent communication skills desired. Strong technical skills including Excel desired. Ability to excel in cross functional environment desired. Ability to manage complex tasks simultaneously desired. Experience/exposure to Sarbanes Oxley desired.
