Job description
Job description: As the Office Administrator, you will provide outstanding internal and external service and support, promoting a positive and professional company image. Your main tasks will involve both financial activities and general office administration.
Job duties: Some tasks involved in this position include:

Finance
• Assisting the Financial Controller
• Processing and managing receivables
• Processing and managing payables
• Writing a large volume of supplier cheques
• Invoicing
• Bank deposit and cash transfers

General office administration
• Reception/greeting visitors and clients
• Answering the main company phone line
• Assisting with office functions such as:
o Filing, organizing, and tracking documents
o Processing orders (sending PDF or hard copy reports, invoicing, etc.)
o Distributing mail, both internally and externally
o Managing office supplies
Req. candidate profile : -College diploma or undergraduate degree with a proven record of academic success (all disciplines- Financial accounting courses an asset)
-Superior oral and written communication skills
-Previous accounting and finance experience preferable
-Positive, professional and ‘can-do’ attitude
-Strong organizational skills and multi-tasking abilities
-Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
-Experience with accounting software (preferably Solomon) an asset
