The incumbent will: • Develop a strategic approach to automating and integrating key decisioning points in the loan process. The Deal Decisioning Strategy will define an approach that will ensure centralized control of decisioning rules across business lines. • A strong communicator, can build consensus, process manager, and can build relationships with both business and technical resources. • Self-starter and willing to dig into the details facilitate problem solving.
