| Job duties: |
Handling 30 line phone system, handling mail, detailing boardroom, dealing with over 130 clients and various other admin duties. |
| Req. candidate profile : |
Must have proven knowledge and experience with Word, Excel and Access. Experience with multline phone system. Organized, outgoing and customer service focused. Ability to manage priorities, excellent problem solving skills, ability to think on your feet and above all else confidence. |
