• Five to ten years construction experience and/or B.S. Degree (Construction/Engineering). • Knowledge of plans, specifications and contracts. • Good communication skills. • Knowledge of Microsoft computer programs. • Ability to read and write English. |
| Job duties: | RESPONSIBILITIES AND SPECIFIC DUTIES:
• Review plans and specifications at bid. • Review and enforce contracts. • Procure and coordinate material orders. • Manage and direct field crews. • Assemble submittals for projects. • Invoice clients for services. • Close out project documentation. • Manage installation projects to result in a profitable job and a satisfied client. Some travel required. • Manage ten (10) supervisors and fifty (50) technicians. |
