At Triple Canopy, we integrate analysis, planning, protection, training and fundamentals such as communications, logistics, medical and life support services to help you create and sustain a secure operational environment.
Responsible for all financial, accounting and human resources functions for third country nationals (TCN). Activities include tracking, analysis and reporting of TCN labor hours, calculating monthly TCN payroll, managing TCN subcontractor costs and interfacing with project business analysts. The ability to work independently is crucial to this position.

| Job duties: |
Provide full time accounting support for third country nationals working overseas on direct projects. Maintain timesheet schedules, monitor actual costs, prepare payroll and provide project controls support to business analysts. Interface with members of finance, program management, contracts and TCN operations.
- Manage timesheet and payroll distribution for more than 1500 Third Country National Independent Contractors.
- Review subcontractor invoices.
- Interface with project controllers from revenue-producing projects to ensure accurate billing and invoicing.
- Implement accounting systems for small offshore business units and train staff.
- Periodically audit vendors and subcontractors.
- Maintain project data in project master File.
- Interface with business analysts to coordinate information on projects.
- Participate as key contributor in new project setup meetings to assist with cost estimation, cost budgeting and cost control.

| Req. candidate profile : |
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or related discipline
- Minimum of three (3) years of experience with at least one (1) year in government contracting environment.
- General knowledge of Deltek Costpoint.
- Experience with Microsoft Office suite of applications; proficiency in Excel is essential
- Must be organized, detail oriented, motivated and able to multi-task in a fast paced and dynamic work environment.
- Must be willing to conduct independent international travel for short durations. Up to 10 percent.
- Ability to interact and communicate, both oral and written, with individuals across the organization.
- MBA
- CPA and/or CMA certification
- Project Management Professional certification
