| Job description: | Regional Superintendent, Part Time per project Basis
United Construction Company is looking for several regional Commercial Superintendents to work on short duration (90 – 120 day) rural retail centers across the western US, (Idaho, Wyoming, Colorado, Nevada, Arizona, New Mexico, North & South Dakotas, etc.). Candidates could be based at home and work on projects within a 150 mile radius. Projects consist of site work and core & shell construction of small retail centers in rural area towns. Typical project is comprised of a 10,000 sq ft anchor store and three to six additional 2,000 sq ft retail shops on two to three acres. United Construction is interested in candidates who are proficient in all phases of building, understands documentation requirements, safety regulations, is computer and email literate, and has a pro-active management style. Candidates must have a win-win attitude and be able to bring projects in on time and on budget, satisfying both client and company with high quality end result.
