Ability to complete daily tasks with limited supervision


Key Roles/Responsibilities:

Provide day-to-day support to Account Managers
CARE case/task follow up
Provide Fair Market Value quotes to customers
Process Driver Data Changes
Build Vehicle Selectors/Process Out of Stock Request
Handle/Process driveway requests
Daily customer communication via e-mail, phones, etc.
Provide phone back-up to Account Managers
Process Mass Driver Data Changes
Back up to the Account Manager desk when they are out of office
Act as Account Manager for Donlen inactive fleet accounts
Customer issue resolution
Donlen Operations departmental training

Donlen’s core expectations of this position are the following:

Stay abreast of changes in assigned customer portfolios
Keep Account Managers informed of any changes, requests or concerns from customers, keeping lines of communication open
Facilitate “one touch” responses to customers
Coordinator position is used as a training ground and stepping stone to an Account Manager position
Assist in the daily workflow assigned to the Customer Service Account Manager
Clear, concise and timely response to all customer requests in support of Donlen’s goal of providing personalized “Best in Class” customer service.
