TITLE: Executive Protection Specialist LOCATION: Austin, TX Area SALARY: Base $75K-$95K, 22% bonus, plus comprehensive benefit package RELOCATION: Paid by employer SUMMARY This position is for executive protection of a high net worth family, and ideal candidates will be specifically responsible for teenaged children with an eye towards their long term placement with said children. RESPONSIBILITIES Responsible for protection of personnel and well as property and personal assets in a global setting. Works closely with family staff members and local law enforcement and security officials. |
| Job duties: | COMPETENCIES/ABILITIES
Candidates must possess a 10 year minimum strong working knowledge and experience of EP operations working with executive and family protection. Candidates must maintain themselves in excellent physical condition and must be able to work comfortably in a team environment as well as on their own. Being able to think and respond to a dynamic, ever changing environment is paramount. Applicants must be prepared for domestic and overseas travel and be able to pass all State private security requirements to include a demonstrated proficiency with firearms. Candidates must have a clean driver’s license record. Candidates should have superb writing and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact and communicate effectively and seamlessly with the family members, corporate executives and senior colleagues of the family in business and social environments. A college degree is preferred as is EP Team leader experience. |
